These Terms of Service govern your use of thehappydog.co and purchases made from Happy Dog (“Happy Dog,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

  1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use this website. You may not use our products or website for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

  1. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, measurements and images accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on your device, and minor variations may occur.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizing information and order details before purchasing.

  1. PET PRODUCTS

Pet apparel and accessories must be used under appropriate supervision. They are not intended to be used as chew toys, safety restraints or substitutes for veterinary care. Remove any product immediately if it becomes damaged or presents a risk to your pet.

Happy Dog is not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from improper use, lack of supervision or use contrary to product instructions.

  1. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

Prices, promotions and product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit quantities, discontinue products or cancel orders affected by inaccurate information.

  1. ORDERS

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, including orders we reasonably believe involve fraud, unauthorized resale, payment problems or incorrect information. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue an applicable refund.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing, shipping and contact information.

  1. PAYMENT

Payments are processed through Shopify and its authorized payment providers. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

  1. SHIPPING

Shipping estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Happy Dog is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, customs or events outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address may be the customer’s responsibility.

  1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All purchases are final sale, except when an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, as explained in our Return and Refund Policy. Our Return and Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

  1. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES

Promotions may be modified or ended at any time unless prohibited by law. Discount codes cannot be combined unless expressly stated and have no cash value.

  1. CHARITABLE GIVING

When a product or promotion includes a charitable contribution, the applicable product page or campaign materials will describe the organization, amount or method of contribution. Purchases are not tax-deductible unless expressly stated otherwise.
